Charles Nhari
Managing Partner
Charles is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 25 years of experience as an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia and other superior courts. He has over 25 years of experience as an Advocate of the High Court for Zambia and other superior courts.
Before joining the firm he worked for Dzekedzeke & Company. He joined the firm as a Partner in 2004. He has reviewed and drawn conditions of service for several companies. He has wide experience in debt collection, civil litigation, corporate practice, employment disputes, insurance claims, drawing of non-contentious documents, conveyancing, trusts,other commercial agreements and legal opinions.
Mr Nhari has extensive experience in court work in areas of employment disputes, land disputes, commercial disputes, public and local government law and disputes. He has been a receiver and liquidator of several companies.He has represented individuals and corporate entities in all areas of the law of Real Property i.e. conveying of residential and commercial properties, the sub-division and, transfers of land including freeholds and/or plot acquisitions, preparation of contracts of sale, assignments, deeds, powers of attorney, caveats, mortgages etc.
He has rendered legal advice to both local and international corporate clients on Zambian Business Laws i.e. Laws and procedure relating to investment in Zambia.Mr. Charles Nhari is also well experienced in preparation of Shareholders’ Agreements and other pre- incorporation contracts, formation of corporate entities, acquisition or mergers of companies and transfer of shares from one entity to another

Blessing Banda

Blessing Banda is our learner legal Practitioner holding a bachelors degree in law from Cavendish University Zambia. Since joining the firm in March, 2026, she has been instrumental in legal research,
drafting court documents, and exploring areas such as Alternative Dispute Resolution and corporate law. She has also been instrumental in conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, affidavits and contracts, attending court sessions and client meetings, assisting in case preparations, liaising with court registries and stakeholders, managing files and records, and performing any other duties assigned in furtherance of her training and professional development.

Mercy Kakoma is our learner legal practitioner, currently pursuing her studies at Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (Ziale). She holds a bachelors degree in law from the University of Zambia. She has also been exposed to commercial transactions, dispute resolution, conveyance and property transactions. Mercy had been instrumental in drafting legal documents and legal research.

Mavuto is a results-driven legal practitioner with a strong emphasis on litigation and corporate advisory, underpinned by broad experience in corporate and commercial law. Demonstrates proven capability in contentious matters, including legal drafting, dispute resolution strategy, and court
processes, alongside providing sound advisory on corporate structuring, transactions, contract drafting and regulatory compliance. Further possesses practical exposure to insolvency and liquidation proceedings, as well as estate planning and administration, gained through interning at the Administrator General’s Office under the Ministry of Justice. He brings to the team a well-rounded understanding of compliance frameworks, fiduciary obligations, and risk management within both public and private sector environments.
